I love summer baking! Yep, I’m actually in the production phase of this long coming pastry book…Ahhhhh! 🙂 Now if I could find something to do with these figs. It’s two weeks before harvest & they are SWEETER than Candy! My intent is to can them or to make some jam…fig pie, fig tart, fig jelly…hmmmm any suggestions?
